Phone photos work great — any smartphone from 2017 or newer (iPhone 8+, Samsung Galaxy S8+, or similar) takes high-resolution photos that print beautifully.

Old physical photos are welcome too. For best results, scan at 600 DPI or higher on a flatbed scanner. We can work with faded prints, creases, and minor damage.

We print and quality-check your blanket in 2–3 business days, then hand it off to USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Transit takes another 3–5 business days — so plan for up to 8 business days total from order to delivery. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

Yes. Once your blanket ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number and direct link. You can also log into your ThatBlanket.co account and check Order History any time. While we're printing, your status will show Processing — that's normal.

Washing: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Use mild detergent — no bleach or fabric softener. Turn inside out to protect the print.

Drying: Tumble dry on low heat and remove promptly. Air drying works great too. Don't iron directly on the printed side.

With proper care, colors won't fade, crack, or peel — guaranteed.
