Custom Production Time: 3-5 Business Days
Because each blanket is custom-made to order with your unique photos and text, production takes 3-5 business days. Here's what happens during this time:

Design Verification: Your design is reviewed to ensure photo quality meets our standards

High-Quality Printing: We use advanced dye-sublimation technology to print your photos with vivid, lasting colors

Quality Control: Each blanket is inspected to ensure it meets our high standards

Professional Finishing: Edges are carefully finished and the blanket is prepared for shipping

Secure Packaging: Your blanket is folded and packaged to prevent any damage during transit
When Production Begins
Production begins as soon as your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
⏰ Business Days Defined
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin production on the next business day.

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)
Our standard shipping option is reliable and includes full tracking. Your order will be shipped via:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
The carrier is selected based on your location to ensure the fastest, most efficient delivery.
Expedited Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
Need your blanket faster? Choose expedited shipping at checkout for delivery within 3-5 business days after production is complete. This option includes:
- Priority processing
- Faster carrier service
- Full tracking
- Available for most destinations
Rush Production + Shipping (2-3 Business Days Total)
For last-minute gifts or urgent orders, our rush option includes:
- Priority production (1-2 business days)
- Overnight or 2-day shipping
- Available for select products
- Subject to availability
📅 Holiday Ordering
During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving through Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day), we recommend ordering 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.

- Go to "Order History"
- Click on your order number
- View tracking information and estimated delivery
Method 3: Contact Us
Email support@thatblanket.co with your order number for a status update.
Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, including:
- All residential addresses
- PO Boxes (may have extended delivery times)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- Business addresses
Currently Not Available
At this time, we do not ship internationally. We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international shipping soon!
📍 Address Accuracy
Important: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
While rare, sometimes packages can be lost or stolen:

Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for 5+ days, contact us immediately. We'll file a claim with the carrier.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received: First, check with neighbors, building management, or household members. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, contact us.

Stolen from Porch: We recommend shipping to a secure location or having someone available to receive the package. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for theft after delivery confirmation.
Damaged During Shipping
We package all blankets carefully, but if your blanket arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged package and blanket
- Contact us at support@thatblanket.co within 48 hours
- We'll arrange for a replacement at no charge
Delayed Deliveries
Sometimes carriers experience delays due to weather, high volume, or other circumstances:
- Check your tracking for updates from the carrier
- Most delays resolve within 2-3 business days
- Contact us if your order is more than 5 days past the estimated delivery date
- We'll work with the carrier to locate your package
Order Changes & Cancellations
Before Production Begins
If you need to make changes or cancel your order:

Within 24 hours of ordering: Contact us immediately at support@thatblanket.co. If production hasn't started, we can modify or cancel your order.

Address changes: Must be requested within 24 hours. After that, we cannot guarantee we can update the shipping address.

Design changes: Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't begun, we can help you update your design.
After Production Begins
Once your custom blanket is in production:
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified
- Each blanket is custom-made specifically for you
- Refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for post-delivery options

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins. Please review your design carefully before completing your order.
