Each blanket is custom-created specifically for you based on the photos and text you upload and approve. That's why we provide a detailed preview before production - so you can verify everything is perfect. Once you approve your design and we create your blanket, we cannot resell or reuse it for another customer.

What We Cover: Our Quality Guarantee

Manufacturing Defects

If your blanket has any manufacturing issues, we'll replace it immediately:

  • Unraveling seams or poor stitching
  • Holes or tears in the fabric
  • Material defects or thin spots
  • Significant pilling or shedding upon arrival

Print Quality Issues

We guarantee vibrant, clear printing on every blanket:

  • Blurry or pixelated images (when proper quality photos were provided)
  • Significant color discrepancies from your original photo
  • Faded or washed-out printing
  • Smudging, streaking, or print defects
  • Photos printed in wrong position or size

Shipping Damage

If your blanket arrives damaged:

  • Package shows obvious damage
  • Blanket has stains, tears, or damage from shipping
  • Product was crushed or deformed

Important: Please photograph the damaged package and blanket as soon as you receive it. This helps us file claims with carriers and improve our packaging.

Wrong Product or Order Errors

Sometimes mistakes happen on our end:

  • You received someone else's order
  • Wrong size blanket (you ordered 50"×60", received 30"×40")
  • Wrong material (ordered fleece, received sherpa)
  • We printed wrong photos from our production error
  • We misspelled text during production (not from your upload)

What We Don't Cover: Customer Responsibility

Because you have full control over the design through our preview system, we cannot accept returns for:

Design Choices You Made

  • Photo Selection: You chose which photos to upload
  • Text Entry: You typed in the names, dates, or messages
  • Font Choice: You selected the font style
  • Color Selection: You chose the color scheme
  • Layout Choice: You selected the number of photos and layout

Photo Quality Issues

We provide detailed photo requirements and guidelines, but we cannot accept returns if:

  • Your uploaded photos were low resolution and printed blurry (we print what you provide)
  • Your photos were dark and printed dark
  • Your photos were already blurry when uploaded
  • Photos don't look "good" but match what you uploaded

Spelling or Text Errors

You're responsible for:

  • Correct spelling of names, dates, and messages
  • Proper capitalization
  • Correct information (birthdates, anniversaries, etc.)

Prevention: Carefully review the preview before ordering! The preview shows exactly what will be printed, including all text.

Size or Material Mistakes

  • You ordered the wrong size
  • Blanket is smaller/larger than you expected (but is the size you ordered)
  • You ordered fleece but wanted sherpa

Change of Mind

  • No longer want the blanket
  • Don't like how it looks (but it matches your approved design)
  • Changed your mind about the design
  • Bought it as a gift and recipient doesn't want it
  • Found a better photo you wish you'd used

Once you place your order, we begin production immediately and cannot make changes or offer returns for design choices.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you believe your blanket qualifies for a return under our quality guarantee, follow these steps:

If your request is approved, you choose:

  • Replacement: We'll create a new blanket and ship it free

In most cases, we don't require you to return the defective blanket. However, for certain issues, we may provide a prepaid return label. You'll never pay for return shipping on our errors.

Keep or Return Original?

Blankets Damaged After Use

Normal wear and tear is not covered:

  • Pet damage (scratches, chewing, etc.)
  • Accidental damage (spills, tears, fire, etc.)
  • Fading or damage after months/years of use

However, if your blanket fades or deteriorates within the first 30 days with proper care, contact us - that may indicate a manufacturing issue.
